BIOGRAPHY

Molly Layden is a Philadelphia-based dance artist.

Originally from Honolulu, HI, she discovered her love of dance at the age of three. Since moving to the East Coast, she has trained in many styles of dance including tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary, and modern. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Media & Communication with concentrations in Dance Performance and Dance Education from Muhlenberg College. In 2023, spent time studying dance at the Accademia dell'Arte in Arezzo, Italy under Alessio Trevisani. 

Following her graduation, Molly spent six months living and working as an Artist-in-Residence at the Accademia. Notable performance credits include M3GAN 2.0 at Universal Studios Orlando and Lois in A Chorus Line with Revival Productions. Molly is also a First Company dancer with the Lady Hoofers Tap Ensemble, Philadelphia's premiere all-women's tap ensemble.
